Based in Chehalis, WA, Hayden Vonbargen has many opportunities to explore nature and enjoy the beauty of the world around him. He works as a Truck Loader for UPS, where he has adapted to working in a fast-paced environment. Hard work and a solid work ethic are important to Hayden, so he strives every day to show up and do his best at every task he takes on. Outside of his job, Hayden also volunteers with the Washington Trails Association and helps an elderly family member with manual labor tasks. He loves getting to invest time into the trails he enjoys hiking on, ensuring plenty of other people can enjoy them as well. Additionally, Hayden enjoys running and was a part of the cross country and track and field teams while in high school. Now, he runs in local races.

His love and passion for sports have grown over a period of time, and he now dedicatedly writes sports blogs that range from the history of sports to how athletes can enhance their performance, what kind of nutrition is essential for them, and how they can balance academics and athletics.

Outside of his athletic interests, Hayden also volunteers with the Washington Trail Association. As a hiker himself, Hayden loves to help maintain local trails and support others who want to explore nature in the local area.
