Haydon is a highly experienced FATCA Programme Manager who has been running regulatory programmes for 13 years. He mobilised from scratch, FATCA Programmes for two Global Banks, and managed FATCA Programmes for over three years for Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group and RBS. His breadth of expertise covers driving impact assessments, leading requirements gathering, recruiting project teams, managing budgets and shaping policy working with Tax, Legal, Operations and Client OnBoarding teams. Haydon has a Degree from Nottingham Business School in Financial Services, and is a Chartered Management Accountant, a Prince2 Practitioner and a MSP Practitioner.
