- Hayem Hadj Aissa, is a 22 years old Control of industrial risks student at the national institute of Prevention and industrial safety (HSE)- Batna University, an ex science and Technology Student at the department of Electronics- Batna University, a graduate student from the English Access Microscholorship Program which is a 2 years program sponsored by the embassy of the USA in Algiers, she received a certificate of English Language Proficiency (TOEFL iBT) and (TOEFL ITP) from the Algerian Learning Center ALC- Hydra Algiers, a first aider, a public speaker, a poem writer, a volunteer and an Algerian young leader.
- Hayem is enrolled in many local organizations; she is an event organizer and a public speaker in CASL (cultural association of sharing languages), a member in AIESEC LC Oran,a participant in TED-ED East Algeria Club one of the Algerian delegates in the WomenToWomen international leadership conference (USA 2010).
