I'm in my fifth year teaching Social Studies at Burney Harris Lyons Middle School in Athens, GA.I have taught 6th grade for four years, but will be moving up to 8th in the coming school year. I'm married to my wonderful husband, Jason, who is the Assistant Principal at the alternative school in Barrow county and director of Foothills in Barrow County. I have an amazing 7 year old stepson named Ethan and we are currently about to add another son, Andrew, to our family any day now. I'm currently in the process of receiving my Master's in Social Studies Education from UGA. I love football and all things Georgia! GOOOO DAWGS!!
