Good Day!

As a person who grew up in a rural community in which strong work ethic, integrity, and motivation were very much present, I have had the opportunity to see my potential within both my professional and personal lives. I am a May 2013 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College. Currently, I am a student at Silver Lake College seeking a Bachelor of Science in HR Management with an expected graduation date of May 2014. I intend to expand my education by continuing for my Master's degree in HR & Labor Relations at UW-Milwaukee, and my expected graduation date is May 2015! I currently strive to ensure employees feel they are appreciated within the workplace, and that they don't feel as if they are "just a number or another employee." I look forward to my future within the HR field to encourage the continuous development of employees, and that each employee realizes they are an employee of a company that works together to accomplish the goal, rather than competing with each other.
