I am creative, charismatic, focused. I am a passionate people person driven to deliver a great job for customers- first time, everytime.

I care about people. I want to know who they are and what makes them tick. Whether that's people I work for, work with or work for me; we are all equal in our quest to achieve our objectives. Achieving these is what makes me happy and makes me want to push myself further. I firmly believe that in business there are no boundaries. If you work hard enough and use the people around you in the right way you can always push to achieve more.

I love to question the as-is and constantly strive to find better, simpler, cheaper ways of doing the bread and butter stuff. This stops the water becoming stagnant, business becoming boring and keeps the ever-important creative juices running clear.

I am a mum to two amazing babies. I am life loving and love life. I am a budding baker, a cupcake maker and a fitness fanatic.
