Hayley Ellis

I am a senior at Grand View University majoring in History and Secondary Social Studies Education, minoring in Political Studies and LOGOS honors. At Grand View I'm involved in our Education Club as President and Presidential Ambassadors. I hold leadership positions on View Crew, and am the Team Leader of our Student Leadership Team.

In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and working on leadership projects. I love keeping up with educational technology and social media. I also enjoy spending time back home with my dog Isabelle.

I love student leadership and I enjoy presenting leadership workshops with college and high school student leaders. I've presented on the Power of Positivity, the Student Leadership Challenge, and Taking Risks and Embracing Failure. along with involvement related workshops at national leadership conferences, the Iowa FCCLA State Leadership Conference and at Grand View Student Leadership's Spring Training.

I'm also an aspiring chef, comedian, history nerd and news junkie.
