Hayley Keane

I am a passionate Workplace Trainer in Public Health working with employees who work in low technology roles. Having identified a disconnect between organisational mandatory training delivered by e-learning and digital agency of employees working in low technology roles, I am a PhD Candidate with the School of Education at Deakin University, and will further explore from the marginalised employee perspective, how organisations can better support learning to improve employee agency in learning and digital literacy.
