Hayley Gibson

My career and professionalism in Early Childhood Development 'found me' which I believe, developed through my passion for supporting young children's learning and development by love, nurture and care. In addition, my personal experiences as a parent to a child with attachment difficulties and special educational needs has provided me with a varied collection of expertise and experiences, all of which enable me to communicate and work with families and their children. Subsequently, my personal business development has encouraged me to help families by providing ad-hoc and flexible, professional and caring child care support in the home.

Education and Training:

A First Class Honours BA in Childhood, Youth and Community Studies with Dissertation Research around Technology in Early Years Pedagogy.

Early Years Teacher.

Post Graduate Certificate in Education with MA Research into Professional Development in Early Years Professionalism.

I hold a full DBS enclosure and have Paediatric First Aid Training.
