Hayley Richards

I am a 28 year old mother of one beautiful and talented daughter Chloe, I have recently relocated back to the UK after spending 3 years living on the Algarve. During this time I was able to learn a lot about myself and the true value of friends and family and what I want to achieve in the future as much for myself as I do for Chloe.
I have spent the last few years in various roles and have realised that my true forte is Customer care and working with people, nothing pleases me more than at the end of the working day feeling that I have made a difference to people’s lives in a positive way whether that be clients, customers, work colleagues or friends. I am known as someone who can be empathetic, trustworthy, loyal and a true friend and find that people can approach me and know that I will go out of my way to help or give advice in a professional and confident manner. I pride myself on my ability to make people laugh through my personality and often about my life experiences and am often thought of as older in years than I am.
I am passionate about succeeding and have learnt the values of working hard with ambition to achieve great things from my parents who are fantastic role models giving advice and support if I ever need it.
I try to spend as much of my spare time as possible with my daughter, family and friends enjoying day’s out and family events and catching up over a cup of coffee. I am confident that I will be able to achieve my ambitions and in turn be a great role model to my daughter and impart my knowledge values and life experiences to her for her to go forward in a confident way and have a fantastic life.
