Haytham is a professional transportation planning and road safety engineer who is passionate about mobility and road safety projects. He likes to take a fresh and high-level perspective to develop strategic assessments and in-depth analytical evaluations for transportation projects. His experience includes conducting highway mobility and road safety assessments, travel demand forecasting, Multi-Account Evaluations (MAE), benefit-cost analysis, and traffic engineering.

His engineering experience includes a spectrum of transportation planning, traffic engineering and road safety projects. He has conducted 100+ traffic impact studies in his career and conducted 80+ road safety audits and collision assessments. His experience includes projects in Canada (BC, Alberta, Yukon, Saskatchewan, Ontario), the United States and Qatar. His multi-jurisdictional experience provides him with fruitful wisdom that he shares with clients to guide the projects' strategic direction in both technical and managerial aspects.

He has experience developing project options evaluation methodologies such as multiple-account evaluation, benefit/cost analysis, economic models, collision prediction models which were used in geometric design development in addition to functional, preliminary and detailed design projects.
