Henrik Christensen is the director of Contextual Robotics @ UC San Diego and a professor of computing, Coordinator of Robotics-VO, and an advisor to United Sciences and Robo-Global. Dr. Christensen does research on robot perception, cognitive systems, human-robot interaction, and systems engineering. He serves as a consultant to companies and government agencies across 3 continents. He also serves on a few company boards. He is a fellow of AAAS and IEEE. He won the Engelberger Award 2011.
