My name is Rodney Meeks, founder of the Healthcare Career Training Institute (Indianapolis), an Institute designed to provide accelerated accessibility to, and quality from-the-field training for the unemployed, underemployed, and veteran populations.

As a registered nurse in leadership positions for the past 20 years, I began to recognize the challenges the above populations faced when trying to enter the healthcare field.
