I'm passionate about life! I have a very positive perspective on pretty much everything, that's what most people say they love about me. No matter what challenges come my way, I try very hard to look for something positive that can be learned. I have been in the Real Estate industry for 15 years, in the Sales side for most of my career and just transitioned into the Managing Broker role about 6 months ago. I have 140 Agents in my Company and we are growing by leaps and bounds! I love my job and I love being able to help Agents move their businesses to the next level. Coaching and consulting my Agents is one of the most fulfilling things about my job, strategizing with them to create new ideas and helping them reach their goals.
