A new chapter in my life started August 17, 2015.

Over the past 2 years I have developed a relationship with the Walt Disney Company, retired Imagineers , Disney authors, and Disney Podcasters.

Those connections, resulted in the FIRST "EdCamp Magic" held in June 2015 with 174 attending the "Un-conference". Our emphasis was how to incorporate the Disney philosophy, Creativity and Innovation into the classroom.

Out of EdCampMagic two of us developed "MyDisneyClass" and the associated website www.mydisneyclass.com

On Aug 17-2015 we launched the web site and started recording and interviews guests for our podcasts.

Mission:

We are inspired by the innovation, creativity, storytelling and magic of Walt Disney - the person and the company. We engage educators with the ideas from the life of Walt Disney and the Disney company in ways that can be applied creatively in the classroom. Learn along with us as we share ways to bring magic into education!

Vision:

We will share a regular podcast with stories and strategies about how to make classrooms magic. We hope to build a celebratory community of educators who are committed to bringing innovation, creativity, storytelling and magic into their learning environments.
