companies such McDonald’s, Western Union, Mass Mutual and Dish in developing strategic channel, media approaches and social media tactics that meet and even exceed objectives.

As she makes use of traditional advertising, social media and PR methods in her work, Hoa uses up-to-date media research tools and resources that aid in clients’ campaign development and success in targeting a specific audience—multicultural or the general market.

Hoa was born in Viet Nam and raised in the Czech Republic but considers herself a global citizen.
