I deliver leadership support, executive coaching and coaching-led training. As part of a Social Enterprise called TopHat Discovery I use copaching for social impact by serving people and organisations who want to make a positive difference.
We use surplus to provide ‘low-bono’ access to coaching support at very affordable rates to those who would never normally have access our services. So all our clients become part of our impact. Neat!
My coaching workdivides into four interrelated spaces: Coaching individuals; businesses ; coach-led leadership training; and, a coaching club for coaches of today and tomorrow.
