Hector Dominguez

As a school principal, I consider myself the lead learner and chief storyteller for our school. The best part of my job is interacting with kids and watching them learn. With that comes the opportunity to share with our families and community the story of the great things our kids and staff are doing, along with supporting the incredibly talented adults who work with our kids every day at school.

The key to learning, growth, and great schools is a safe and nurturing environment characterized by courteous interactions, a caring majority, the celebration of risk-taking, and an enthusiasm for service. Once we establish this positive social context, there is no limit to what we can learn and do!
