I first won a photo competition at the age of ten after a school trip to France. My father wasn't particually 'tech' and our only camera then was an old Kodak Brownie - unlike the other kids who took colour instamatics.
They laughed less when I won, but that wasn't important to me. The fact that I could capture (freeze) moments in time, became a major interest. This quickly moved to moving images, and audiophile quality sound - all moments in time preserved.
Capturing Stills, Film & Sound has become a life long passion, but sadly it took some time before I realised this was my calling.
Recently I've been filming with Terry Oldfield (see example) Terry is Mike Oldfield's brother - a musical guru from my youth.
I discovered Terry's music about three years ago and quickly realised what a stunning musician Terry is. We've become friends and plan many special films of 'reflection' ... enjoy!
