Head AcademyKung Fu provides martial arts and self defence classes to students of all ages in Sydney. We focus on empowering our students through dedicated training to our kung fu style and developing their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

We believe that strengthening the "Four Realms Of Self" will help us live life to the fullest, be healthy, and happy. We can be pulled into unhealthy patterns that appear as Dis-Ease in any of the realms if we don't have balance in the 4 Realms.
