We are the Health Team here at Trekstock, a charity that supports young adults living with cancer to thrive through and beyond their diagnosis.

We organise monthly meet-ups and workshops for our Young Person's Network and provide age-appropriate information around subjects that young adults feel support was lacking during and after their diagnosis.
