Heartstone

Heartstone is a non-profit organisation which produces three types of story - fiction, historically based themes and photodocumentary - presented through exhibitions, events and publications. All Heartstone stories have an underlying theme of the similarities of people, rather than their differences, and the need to see past stereotypes and prejudice. They also demonstrate that the same story may be seen from different perspectives. Heartstone's events, workshops and training programmes provide a practical route through which to raise contact, understanding and communication across nationalities, races and cultures. The organisation's education programme reaches children and young people from age 9 upwards. We have no specific political or religious affiliation.
