Travel writer Heather Robinson earned a MFA from the Yale School of Drama and was a professional actor in NYC before falling in love with a Frenchman and moving overseas. Together, they travelled the world as a writer-photographer team. Heather has been a regular contributor to Grands Reportages magazine in France where her work has also been seen in Figaro Magazine, Hotel & Lodge and Le Monde des Religions. She has also been published in various magazines in Europe, Asia and Africa. After 15 years of living in France, she currently passes her time between Provence and the United States.

She has both written and photographed the blog Lost in Arles since 2010.
