I am a Jesus girl, born and raised in south Florida. I met my Prince Charming, Dan (he just happened to be from Michigan) in 1999. We married the following year and I embarked on the greatest, most rewarding adventure of my life.

Now I'm souther girl in a northern world and life is great. Christ is the center of my life and our home. I absolutely love being Dan's wife and I hope to add the title of Mom to my resume soon.

As you will see from my future posts, I love all things housewifey (cooking, cleaning, organizing) and I'm trying to balance my love of cooking and eating with my new healthy lifestyle (I've recently lost 60 pounds and I'm still going).
