Brad Dickson has more than 25 years of professional experience in advising clients of various sizes and industries from start-ups to Fortune 1000. Windham Brannon clients seek his expertise in all phases of business tax planning from entity selection and capital formation to business combinations, reorganizations, and exit strategies. Brad also works with businesses and individuals in all aspects of the international tax environment including import-export, U.S. multinationals, foreign investment in the U.S., cross-border transactions, and investors and executives on overseas assignments.

Brad was recently awarded the Meritorious Service Award by the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, the highest award presented by the GSCPA, recognizing individuals who’ve shown extraordinary dedication to the public and the profession. He was also recently appointed by Lt. Governor Casey Cagle to serve on the Special Council on Tax Reform and Fairness for Georgians to study and recommend reform to Georgia’s tax code. He has successfully initiated and authored Georgia legislation affecting the taxation of the multi-state S corporations, LLCs, and on standards for tax return preparers. Brad represents CPAs throughout the state as an at-large member of the Georgia Society of CPAs’ Leadership Council and as the recent past chair of the Taxation Section.
