I'm passionate about learning environments - where do students learn best? I think it's combining the right balance of student preference and best practice in teaching philosophy/pedagogy. I'm continually searching for the right mix of face2face (or webcam2webcam) and asynchronous learning experiences.

As a former clinical lab technologist, I strive for consistency & process in my work. I also love helping faculty and administrators find opportunities for creativity within an educational process, and then developing a framework in which that creativity can thrive. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and innovation within higher education, I feel privileged for the chance to truly examine the classroom of the future.
