I live near Dallas, TX, and I have been teaching for 15 years. I love to read young adult literature, travel and explore, try new restaurants, and spend time with my friends and sister. I also enjoy live outdoor music...but not in Dallas in August. And, I especially enjoy musicals; I've had season tickets for Dallas Summer Musical for several years. One of my favorite things to do in the DFW area is attend various art festivals because I find all kinds of art--photography, painting, sculpture, etc.--fascinating. For the past 8 years, I've been working with Shari Johns, a Dallas wedding planner. We have a ton of fun together...and we get to eat wedding cake on a regular basis. What a great job perk! When I'm not working, I LOVE to do spa days with facials, massages, manis/pedis, scrubs, etc. Heaven.
