Heather Stone

As the Director of Operations, Heather oversees the firm's administrative department, internship program and the Houston support center. She oversees and provides the internal support, infrastructure and resources to the firm's partners in the U.S. locations and Asian locales. Ms. Stone is responsible for the firm's Finance Department and Accounting. She is responsible for all transactions, engagement agreements, and financial matters.

As the Director of Research, Heather's innovative and distinct research methodology provides a substantial resource unique to the retained executive search industry. Heather's technique and process is a key element to Allen Austin's one of a kind infrastructure and Brand. Heather leads the development and expansion of the firm's vast and profound global network and databases which include substantially every business in the country with revenues over $1 million. Heather orchestrates and manages the firm’s research which includes background investigations, internet research, compensation proposals, industry trends, the development of organizational charts, telephone research, candidate research and analyses and business development mapping.
