Bios are basically how we see ourselves, and well, how we want others to see us. I find that every bio I have written of myself eventually embarrasses me, as an older, hopefully wiser version of myself reflects back on my self perception at a given point in time and I find that I no longer identify or even relate to that version of “me”. Even this little foray into contemplative philosophy will likely equally humiliate my future self, but for now, in this moment, this is how I think of myself:

I have a creative mind and am most energized by aesthetic problem solving, such as in art, artisan crafts, and spacial design. So, I enjoy drawing, painting, upholstering, sewing, glass cutting, remodeling, decorating, pottery making, leatherwork, jewelry making, etc.

I also have a deep curiosity and ability to contemplate new or apparently conflicting ideas without fear or paralyzing dogmatism until I can categorize them into either Biblically affirmed truths, ignorance based errors, or overt deceptions. This process can take years for some matters. This mental flexibility is not originating in compromise nor agnosticism, but actually a quiet confidence in what, and Who, I do know that provides the stability and strength to hash through hard subject matters without emotional fallout.

For this reason, I love studying Biblical Prophesy. Not doctrines, nor theology, nor Eschatology, nor Prophesy charts, nor the 'Apocalyptic Writings' nor YouTube teachers, nor best selling books by famous authors… but the books written by the Prophets themselves, in correlation with the whole of Scripture.

This also means that I will legitimately consider every conspiracy theory that I meet. Many apparently outlandish theories have proven true over time, and their propagators have been unjustly ridiculed only to quietly wind up on the right side of history. Every Bible student knows that there is a Great Conspiracy by the Devil himself to take over the world, so what is wilder than that? I am open to considering it.

Lastly, I would say that I love to dance. Not any particular style, but simply to let music move me internally and then to let my body respond in outward movement. Different music demands different movements… every song, every beat has its own unique corresponding physical expression, and even that changes from person to person, hour to hour, day to day. We are always changing, so our movements in response to music will too. I love to dance. It's my favorite way to worship my Saviour Yeshua, Messiah and Lord.

And that brings me to the most important thing about me… I'm a disciple of Yeshua, a follower of The Way, and He is my everything. I am so blessed to be married to my best friend who is also a lover of Yeshua. We together serve Him and long for His Kingdom to be set up on Earth. Truly. Jesus is coming. Choose this day whom you will serve. As for me and my house, we will serve יהוה.
