My name is Heather and as you can see, I LOVE food! I'm a business manager in a Bristol food PR business and spend my time thinking, talking about (and of course consuming) food and drink. I was diagnosed as a coeliac over 12 years ago and love adapting recipes to be gluten free so I can enjoy the same foods as others.
