Heather Downs Russell

Heather Downs Russell is a business attorney, active community member, and mother based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Heather has many years of experience working as legal counsel for large and mid-sized companies. She has also worked as a recruiting director for law firms as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Heather Downs Russell graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin. As an undergraduate student, Heather studied political science and international relations. She then attended the University of Wisconsin Law School where she earned her Juris Doctor and became a member of the International Law Society.

In addition to her work, Heather Downs Russell is passionate about being a mom, running, skiing, traveling, and serving others.
