A little about me, personally; I am a wife and mother of 2 teenage girls. When I'm not being a taxi to sporting events or piano recitals, my "me time" is spent learning guitar, dabbling in photography, baking and running.
Next, a little about me professionally; I have been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005 and currently hang my license at Keller Williams Realty. Recently, I became a Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist to be able to help Senior Citizens with the transition into the next phase of life.
Finally, a little about my charity; in December of 2010 I placed an ad on Craigslist to try and find some gently used toys a new home. I was flooded with response from people who had nothing to give their kids for Christmas. I loaded the back of my car with some toys and had a free "garage sale" in the parking lot of a grocery store. This has grown into an annual event where I collect toys in November and open the doors of the Community Center in December to see that the toys get into the hands of a family who could use them for Christmas. So many kids have so much, while many have so little. The toys may not be new, but they are new to the child who receives them.
