Heather Lyons

I am an attorney living in Northern Virginia. I currently serve as General Counsel to the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) in Washington, D.C. Previously, I was General Counsel to National Industries for the Blind (NIB) in Alexandria, VA.

I am licensed to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia. I serve on several non-profit boards and in volunteer leadership roles in the community.

I accept limited consulting engagements in the areas of board governance, non-profits, succession planning, and disability inclusion and employment.
