I’m a digital creative who stumbled into Learning Technologies and recently moved over to the fast-paced world of Recognition. As the Manager of Rewards & Rec, I’m helping to build a culture of recognition across AutoTrader Group. With years of multimedia design experience and a passion for new technology, I was a natural fit to lead this new strategy and champion our platform adoption efforts.

In my previous role, I was the driving force behind social and mobile learning at AutoTrader.com. By designing a slick, custom user interface for our iPhone and iPad apps, we’ve taken mLearning to the next level. Our partnership with Achievers, our recognition vendor, has allowed me to find my next challenge.
