I am an internet content strategist by day and DIY/craft-nerd, jigsaw puzzle junkie by nights and weekends.

I refashion thrift store clothes, make baby blankets, bibs, vintage-inspired aprons and other household items as a creative outlet, and haven't used store-bought shampoo in months.

In 2009 I took a year-long career break, during which I worked on a variety of projects in Central America and the United States while living on farms, eco-lodges, and an animal sanctuary. In 2014, my husband and I hit the road again and spent a year traveling in south-east Asia, the US, and South America.
