Heather Schaible

Heather Schaible is a Southern California native. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine, she helped found and run the family insurance business where she earned a reputation for personal service, honesty and integrity. Heather's extensive knowledge of the Southern California real estate market and her natural ability to help others propelled her into a career in real estate. From first time home buyers to large companies interested in commercial real estate, Heather takes exceptional care of each client throughout the selling and buying process. In her spare time, Heather finds fulfillment in working with Safe Passage.

Her professional memberships include National Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Downey Association of REALTORS®, Certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Certified Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternative Specialist, Certified GREEN Designee, C.A.R. Certified Forms Trainer, and US Green Building Council and the Green REsource Council.

Heather is a proud committee member of Safe Passage and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. She is also a active with the Brittany Foundation, the Long Beach Heritage, the Los Angeles Conservancy, Farm Sanctuary, KPCC, KCRW and Lions, Tigers and Bears.
