I am a Holistic Counsellor based in Wellington, New Zealand, certified in Clinical EFT, Energy Psychology, and clinically certified in HeartMath.

Since 2006, I’ve supported people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by stress, or affected by unresolved trauma. This may include emotional, mental, physical, or sexual trauma, as well as the impact of difficult or painful relationship experiences. I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can begin to process what has happened and feel more at ease within yourself.

I use gentle, evidence-based techniques that support both emotional healing and personal growth. Clients often come to me when they are ready for meaningful change and want to feel more resilient, more confident, and more in control of their lives.

Appointments are available online via Zoom, and I work with clients throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.
