My upcoming book, Birding at the Bridge: In Search of Every Bird on the Brooklyn Waterfront, is about my little quest to document & photograph the birds of Brooklyn Bridge Park.

I'm also a software developer and creator of Shake a Snack for iOS, voted a Top Diet & Fitness app by CNN.com and Health magazine.

And I really did run away with the circus...but I've been back for a while.
