Heath Marshall
Queenland Australia
Hi there, I'm Heath. I'm a dork, a geek, often awkward and a comedian in my own company.
Technically, I specailise in software development, interfacing and end users experiance in a niche market of the Biomedical Engineering sorority for the goverment organisation BTS (Queensland Health-Australia) and other specialist contract work also within the clinical environment.
In reality, I sit in front of complex code re-learning what I had done so as to enhance it with the ability of sitting for long periods of time without discomfort or numbness.
To give others the same opportunities to flex their intellect we run intern projects to help hone and further develope young taleneted coders, engineers & designers skill sets [currently full].
Ideally I'm surrounded by all sorts of music, building things, taking photos, gardening, trying to stay vegetarian, keeping wife and child happy, play with our dogs and typically have some assortment of technology in front of me.
Despite my work load, I'm usually used as the go-to-guy when things start getting too difficult as I actively tend to put out fires and usually do what no one else wants to do - and that's why I love my job more than 50% of the time.
I often wonder if computers weren't invented what would I be (and what you would be?). Likely a musician, astronomy fellow or a fastidious hedge trimming artist.
