Over a decade ago, after being unable to help my grandma navigate the long-term care process to receive personal care, I co-founded Senior Home Choice. I subsequently co-founded Assisted Care Choice, a company that provides direct care to the senior population, and offers B2B and B2C healthcare consulting services in Ohio and NYC.

Some current entrepreneurial endeavors I’m involved with are: 1) a multi-services company (in the planning/development stages) in NYC; 2) real estate investment in Ohio, New York, and Brazil; 3) second-hand mobile phone sales and services in Brazil; 4) Brazus Global—an international import, export, and management consulting company in NYC and São Paulo; and 5) a consulting company supporting small business start-ups in Brazil and the United States with brand development, communication strategies, and operational enhancement.

I have been fortunate to receive some recognition: I was appointed by two Ohio governors (Strickland & Kasich) to the Ohio Advisory Council for Aging, where I served from 2011 to 2019; I was a nominee for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce Small Business Leader Award; and I'm a winner of the 2011 Columbus Business First 40 Under 40 award.

I like to solve problems. I love to laugh (yes, a little Schadenfreude)! I thrive off of time spent with friends. I miss the days living in Europe. Although I'm a food enthusiast, I'm a disaster in the kitchen. Every day, I try to live up to the trust some people have put in me. Some days, I'm at the movies, and many days, I'm planning my next international trip.
