Heavynn Gates is a professional songwriter and vocalist. Currently Heavynn is the lead singer of local LA Alt/Pop/rock band Fairfax. Heavynn is also the featured vocalist for the theme song "Your The One" featured in the Universal Home Entertainment movie Barbie and Her Sisters a Pony Tale.

In the Early 2000's as a contracted songwriter for Rondor Universal Music Publishing in Los Angeles, Heavynn wrote "Its All About You," a hit song for Pop/R&B sensation Tracie Spencer. Not only was "Its all about you" a top ten hit; the song reached #1 in R&B Airplay and landed itself a spot on Billboards Pop top-20. This success paved the way for Heavynn to explore her own talents as both a prolific songwriter and gifted singer. Heavynn was a featured voice in the historical hip-hop artist Tupac "2pac" Shakur's hit song "Baby don't Cry." Having worked with legendary Pop and Rock artists such as Gwen Steffani of No Doubt, Jennifer Lopez aka "J-Lo," and T- Boz of TLC, Heavynn has contributed her extensive talent for many top selling artists' projects over the years.
