About Me
The purposeful blend of technology and art has been my life's work. I taught and coached performing arts students all the way to Broadway. I designed internal sales training materials for Apple. And now, I lead my team delivering industry-leading legal video and trial tech services at Alitigate. (I also serve on the NCRA's CLVS Council.)
You either learn through great training or through hard experience. I racked up a lot of hard experience in the legal industry covering last-minute client requests and starting a business in the field, but through sharpening my skills and building smarter systems leveraging technology, I honed smart systems you can use to enhance your client support, whether it be gear, software, or processes.
