I'm a native of Seoul who grew up in and around New York City, turned Angeleno.

I've been a social justice advocate and organizer for as long as I can remember. After 20+ years in the nonprofit sector wearing many hats - grassroots organizer, campaigner, advocate, researcher, grantmaker, grant writer, and coalition organizer - I started a boutique coaching and consulting practice serving social justice leaders and organizations. My business is called Rosalee Consulting, named after my mother: Rosa Lee.

I love to read, cook, bake, spend time outdoors (hiking, camping, sitting on the beach), practice Qi Gong, DIY, play board games, and listen to podcasts. I'm a novice gardener, seasoned meditator, and a karaoke enthusiast. Writing - particularly letters, lists and in my journal - has always been a big part of my life.

I believe love is the most powerful force, joy is the best makeup, our sensitivities can be our greatest assets, and our imperfections our greatest teachers if we let them.
