Heidi leads Cisco Systems Global Collaboration Customer Success Strategy and Planning teams.

After spending over a decade transforming FTSE 500 workforce experiences, Heidi is digitally transforming customer success for hundreds of millions of users around the world. By creating and pioneering targeted adoption techniques, she ensures Cisco’s customers get maximum business value from their investments.

Heidi previously worked on the Global Digital Transformation Team with the world's most innovative companies ranging from High Tech, Hospitality, Energy, Retail, Finance and Manufacturing sectors.

She has worked on global physical and virtual transformation projects, managing change, corporate communications, knowledge management, collaboration consulting and transformational project delivery for Cisco FTSE 100 companies globally as part of Cisco Advanced Services.

She is an active member of the USA National Association of Professional Women. Heidi is a mother of two girls, living in Santa Cruz, California. She is passionate about Mentoring in STEM and is an active runner and fundraiser for The Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
