Hey, I’m Heidi. I’m currently a student at SOAS university. As well as studying I work part-time as a care assistant, which I enjoy as I get to meet new people, and assist them with any tasks they need help with or simply offer them companionship. Before returning to education I worked in both customer service and credit control, which has allowed me to gain a lot of experience with independent working, problem-solving and building and maintaining rapport with customers and other businesses.
