My professional career has been devoted to the design, implementation, and evaluation of signature processes to support pedagogical and technological innovation.

I learned instructional design and educational technology the old fashioned way: on-the-job training in high energy educational institutions. I was lucky to have professional opportunities ranging from teaching middle school math and science to designing professional development for the Library of Congress. After years in the trenches as a practitioner, I went back to school and earned my instructional designer credentials.
