As a personalized health coach, I work with clients step-by-step to achieve health goals such as losing weight, gaining energy, burning fat while keeping lean muscle, organizing meals, transitioning to new foods and infusing life-long habits. My focus is to guide clients in strengthening their primary foods (relationships, finances, career, exercise, etc.) and refining the actual food that passes through their mouth into their bodies.
My coaching certificate was obtained through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City.
I have also been teaching classes to staff and admininstrators of schools relating to quick, easy and inexpensive ways to provide healthier snacks to students as well as teaching children how to prepare and appreciate unpackaged, unprocessed foods.
