I'm an environmental scientist (by way of Barnard College, Columbia University), on my way to grad school (Biological Oceanography Ph.D. at UConn), and I'm finally writing down all of my recipes and food-related thoughts before grad-school takes over my life. I enjoy long walks on the beach... which typically turn into me running after my husband Jimmy... and cooking for hours at a time while fully-engrossed in my favorite podcasts.
