Helana Zhang

Hailing from the beautiful coastal city of San Diego, I somehow ended up in the food & music-driven city, ATX. A beach girl turned Texan, an aspiring elementary education teacher turned business professional, I am looking forward to a forever challenging and inspiring career.

Today, I am back on the West Coast, living and growing in San Francisco and working as a Demand Generation Manager at Cisco Meraki.

Now, to take a step back:

In 2012, I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, where I majored in Advertising - Texas Media Sequence with a minor in Business.

In 2011, I began as a Social Media Intern at AdRevolution and loved every minute of it! Prior to AdRevolution, I held positions at Initiative WW (IPG), Green Mountain Energy Company and Her Campus Media - all of which have propelled my career development within the realms of marketing and communications.

In July of 2012, I moved to Dallas and started my job as a Media Relations Program Manager at Texas Instruments. I went on to manage Embedded Processing field and customer training and later, marketing communications for the Wireless Connectivity and IoT businesses.

With a smile on my face and a positive attitude, I aspire to take the industry by storm and to leave my mark.
