Helen Chen is a health educator, community advocate and public health professional who has been working in education and advocacy for 16 years. She educates about various women’s health issues, puberty, and sex education to a wide range of audiences including pre-teens, teenagers, college students, recent grads, executives and new moms. Helen has a Masters in Public Health from UCLA and strives to make the learning process for sensitive topics as comfortable, shame-free, and fun as possible.
